We look forward to your participation at WLC 2025. Please review the following important instructions to ensure your session runs smoothly.

Presentation Delivery

• All presenters are asked to bring their own laptop for use during their session, or to bring their presentation on a USB drive.

• Each classroom is equipped with a monitor that can be connected via HDMI. Please ensure your laptop has an HDMI port or bring an appropriate adapter.

• Presentations should be prepared in widescreen format (16:9) for optimal display on the monitors.

Before Your Session

• Arrive at your presentation room at least 10-15 minutes before the scheduled start time.

• If you plan to use your own laptop, test the HDMI connection in advance with the session technician or room support staff.

• If you are using a USB drive, please allow time to copy your file to the session room computer.

Presentation Requirements

• Include a title slide with your name and presentation title.

• Ensure all embedded media or videos function properly on your own laptop in advance.

Notes for Mac Users

• If using a Mac, verify that your laptop supports HDMI output. Bring any necessary adapters.

• Test your presentation and media playback in advance to avoid compatibility issues.

Additional Information

• All rooms are equipped with monitors in 16:9 ratio. Slides in 4:3 may appear with borders or be scaled.

• Technicians or staff will be available in session rooms to assist with basic connection issues, but presenters are responsible for ensuring their own laptop compatibility and readiness.
