This page is designed to help you prepare for your Paper Poster Presentation at WLC 2025.

MOUNT AND DISMOUNT TIMES

• Mounting: Tuesday, 26 August – between 08:30–10:30

• Dismantling: Thursday, 28 August – between 16:00–19:00
  (Please note: these hours are subject to change. Final details and poster board numbers will be shared closer to the Congress dates.)

POSTER SESSION TIME & AWARD SELECTION

A dedicated poster session is scheduled for:

Thursday, 28 August – 13:45–14:45

• All presenting authors are asked to stand next to their posters during programme breaks and the dedicated poster session hours to interact with other delegates and answer their questions.

• Members of the scientific committee will be viewing and discussing posters with presenters.

• A Best Poster Award will be announced at the awards ceremony on Thursday afternoon before the closing ceremony.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTER PRESENTERS

• You will be sent an e-mail a few days before the congress with your Poster Board #.

Technical Specs
The dimensions of the poster board are PORTRAIT style. It is suggested that your poster will be 90 cm wide by 120 cm tall.
Allocate the top of the poster for the title and authors as stated on the submitted abstract.
The text, illustrations, etc. should be bold enough to be read from a distance of two meters.
Double sided tape, tacks and technical equipment will be available for the mounting of posters. Staff will also be in the poster area to assist you.

• Remember to bring your printed poster with you
